Program Structure

This accelerator unfolds over several weeks, combining group sessions, individual coaching, and open Q&A. Each week builds on the last, providing structure with space for application.
  • Group Session · 90 minutes

    We start by clarifying how you show up on paper and where to focus your energy.

    • Resume & LinkedIn optimization

    • Identify roles worth pursuing

    • Align your positioning to market demand

    • Rethink job boards, referrals, and recruiters

  • Individual Coaching · 60 minutes

    We’ll carry the group learnings into an individual coaching session, where we focus exclusively on bringing these to life within your job search.

    • Live resume and LinkedIn feedback

    • Tailoring for real job descriptions

    • Prioritize your search without burning out

    • Get unstuck on what to apply to (and what to skip)

  • Group Session · 60 minutes

    We focus on how to talk about your experience with clarity and confidence, building high-impact stories you can adapt across interviews.

    • Interview prep frameworks (not scripts)

    • Tell clear, compelling stories

    • Navigate behavioral and situational questions

    • Address career gaps, pivots, and/or layoffs

    • Deliver high-impact interview exercises and presentations

  • Group Session · 60 minutes

    We walk through how to approach offer and negotiation conversations with confidence, so you can evaluate your options and choose your next move thoughtfully.

    • What’s typically flexible and what isn’t

    • Evaluate offers, tradeoffs, and tricky timelines

  • Group Session · 60 minutes

    A space to:

    • Bring real-time questions

    • Discuss a recent job search win or setback

  • Included with the program are two 15-minute coaching sessions, available to use during or after the accelerator. These lightning sessions are ideal for:

    • Decision gut checks

    • Getting unstuck

Our Pricing

This program uses a trust-based, pay-what-you-can model. All participants receive the same experience. You choose the rate that reflects your current reality.

❋ Standard Rate: $850
Reflects the actual cost of running the program and supporting each cohort. Our standard rate keeps this work sustainable.
❋ Sponsor Rate: $1,000
For those who are unemployed or financially stretched. A limited number of Community Rate seats are available per cohort.
For those in a position to help expand access. Sponsor seats directly support our ability to offer a Community Rate.

  • No. This program is designed for people at different points in transition. Whether you’re actively applying, recently laid off, or preparing to make a move. You don’t need everything figured out before you start.

  • That’s okay. Clarifying direction is part of the work. We’ll spend time early in the program helping you identify roles that align with your experience, goals, and capacity.

  • Life happens. Group sessions will be recorded and shared with the cohort. If you miss a live session, you’ll still be able to review the content and stay on track.

  • Most participants spend 2–4 hours per week between live sessions and light reflection or application work. This program is designed to support progress without requiring full-time effort.

  • Many participants are navigating longer searches, confidence dips, or career pivots. The program is designed to meet you where you are and help you rebuild momentum at a sustainable pace.

  • There are no guarantees — and anyone promising that should raise a red flag. What we can offer is clarity, structure, feedback, and support that help you show up more confidently and make better decisions throughout your search.

  • We use a trust-based model. Everyone receives the same program and support. You choose the rate that best reflects your current financial reality, no applications or verification required.

  • Cohorts are intentionally small (typically 8-10 participants) to ensure meaningful feedback, conversation, and individual support.

  • The accelerator is led by an experienced talent leader with 10+ years of experience on both sides of the hiring process — from resume reviews and interviews to offers and negotiations. You can meet both facilitators on our Team page.

  • You’ll submit a short application to confirm fit and timing. If accepted, you’ll receive an invitation to enroll, select your pricing tier, and receive a welcome guide with next steps.
